SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy
At Tech4Sale, we offer shipping to customers within the United Kingdom. Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping destination. The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, and we will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please note that orders placed on weekends and bank holidays may take longer to process.


Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier's status. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.


If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us at sales@techforsale.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request that you provide photos of the damage and the original packaging.


Pick-Up In-Store
If you live locally or are visiting one of our locations, you may choose to pick up your order in-store to avoid shipping fees. This option is available at the checkout, and we will notify you by email once your order is ready for pick-up.

Eco-Friendly Local Delivery

If you live within 20km of our HQ in Ramsbury, then you will be eligible for our 'Eco-Friendly Local Delivery' shipping option. Despite costing a marginal amount more than our UK Shipping option, you will receive your laptop hand-delivered by a member of our staff, with a free laptop bag included.

This option is preferrable since our own trusted staff will deliver the product directly to you, ensuring that your product won't be damaged in transit, and it won't move around the country to different sorting offices, which would result in a bad carbon footprint. It also completely removes the risk of your purchase being lost.
