RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Tech4Sale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for most of our products. Some products may have a different return policy, and this will be clearly stated on the product page.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, original packaging, and where applicable must contain no additional data than that which was provided originally. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the above specifications. If the item passes that process, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. If the item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee from your refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 90-day warranty on all products purchased from Tech4Sale or Green machine Computers Ltd, whether online or in person. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and applies only to the original purchaser. The warranty does not cover any defects listed on the product's page.

We will work with you to troubleshoot the issue, and if necessary, we will provide a replacement or repair the item at no cost to you.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. If we determine that the damage is not covered by the warranty, we may offer to repair the item for a fee.
If you purchased the item in person at one of our locations, you may return the item to the store for a refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase. Please bring the original receipt or proof of purchase with you. If you purchased the item using a credit or debit card, you must bring the same card with you.
